- Thursday, September 25, To AI or Not to A - 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm
Generative AI has captured the imagination of entrepreneurs and subsequently has been inserted into virtually all daily business activities. GenAI has the prospect to dramatically increase productivity and deliver unique insights. Yet it can also get things wrong and even … hallucinate! For these reasons, most FIs have disabled access to any Gen AI tools. But is this the right course of action for harnessing this important new technology? David will provide a blueprint for understanding the role of GenAI in future financial services, detail the steps needed to safely address GenAI risk and provide specific examples of GenAI usage. This session will guide you to an understanding of where and when GenAI must become part of your services and may be the most important one you attend this year.
