Annual Meeting 2025: Proxy Voting Info Sent to Key FI Contacts
The annual meeting of members of Southern Financial Exchange will be held at 8:30 am on Wednesday, August 13, 2025, in Ridgeland, MS, to consider and take action with respect to the following:
- Election of directors for the terms indicated.
- Transaction of any other business which may properly come before the meeting.
Key Contacts for each member financial institution have received communications via email to submit their votes by proxy.
