Heather Lee, AAP

Director, Member Services

Heather has over 14 years experience in community banking and credit unions, holding positions in security/fraud operations, marketing/business development, and internal audit. She has been certified by Nacha as an Accredited ACH Professional since 2023 - and is officially “hooked” on all things payments.

Heather holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications with a concentration in Public Relations from McNeese State University in Lake Charles, LA. She also holds certifications through the Credit Union National Association in internal audit, enterprise risk management, and financial counseling.

In her free time, Heather enjoys hanging out with her husband and two daughters, as well as watching movies, singing, and playing pickleball.
