SFE Partners with Identifee to Deliver AI-Based Engagement and Data Tool

The Intelligent Digital Assistant, IDA, will complement SFE’s payments expertise, serving as an initial screen of simple questions on payments, membership, education, services, and more

NEW ORLEANS, August 1, 2024 – Southern Financial Exchange (SFE), the trusted payments association serving parts of the south-central region of the U.S., today announced a partnership with leading fintech, Identifee, to deliver an AI-based engagement and data assistant tool. The tool, known as IDA (intelligent digital assistant), will serve as a feature on SFE’s website, offering a chat-like functionality for members and public visitors to ask and receive answers to common payments questions.

By operating as a fast, easy, and initial source of information, IDA serves as a complement to SFE payments staff experts. The tool creates a more efficient web search capability for foundational questions, enabling the organization to provide immediate answers on high-level topics. This initial screen will support a more efficient question-and-answer process, enabling staff to focus on more complex issues.
