Beginning next April, institutions can start using R10 and R11 to return unauthorized debits during phase one of implementation.

Attend this webinar to learn the definition of R17 and how RDFIs can use it to alert ODFIs of suspicious activity. And hear a thorough explanation of the R10 and R11 changes to learn what your institution needs to do to prepare for April 2020 to avoid being in violation of these new Rules.

Gain Insight & Understanding

  • How RDFIs can use R17 to identify and return questionable ACH entries
  • Understanding the two implementation phases for R10 and R11 – Effective April 1, 2020 & April 1, 2021
  • Learn the definitions and proper usage of R10 and R11
